Who I'm excited to see at 2012 BIG DAY OUT

With the exciting first announcement of acts playing at the 2012 BIG DAY OUT, I've put together a small list of artists I'm looking forward to seeing the most.


Kanye West
Despite being known for being controversial and outspoken, Kanye West is one of the biggest names in music today and by far the person I'm most looking forward to seeing perform. With hits like "Stronger", "Gold Digger", "Monster", "Jesus Walks", "Love Lockdown" and "Heartless", the Chicago rapper is sure to boost ticket sales and have one of the most popular audiences at next years festival.



Tyler, The Creator
Tyler, who won this year's MTV VMA for Best New Artist for his song "Yonkers", hits our shores with his alternative group, Odd Future Wolf Gang Kill Them All. Not since Eminem has a rapper been so vicious and violent, but Tyler succeeds while keeping a level of innocence.


My Chemical Romance
Having never seen My Chemical Romance live, I'm excited to finally get my chance. After being a fan of the "Welcome To The Black Parade" singers since 2004, I had my fingers crossed that the rumours of their appearance at next year's Big Day Out were true.
